Senator Reid, I am a Korean War veteran with an honorable discharge. I watched you use time on the Senate floor to falsely excoriate Rush Limbaugh and I have to tell you I think you are a scurrilous poltroon. I use those words deliberately because they were last in common use in an era of “yellow journalism”, and your rhetoric falls in that class. I now believe that you are part of a terrorist arm of the far left fringe of the Democrat party, dedicated to snatching defeat from the jaws of victory in the battle of Iraq. I believe you, like many Democrats, are invested more in acquiring political power for your own aggrandizement than you are in working together to serve your country in it’s time of need. Everything you do and say supports this belief! I have coined a term for you and fellow travelers like you on the far left fringe of your party, that term is “neocom”. I fervently hope the term catches on!

Please, Senator, do not speak as if you speak for us, you do not!

The actions of the fringe elements of the Democrat party in trying to undermine our efforts in the war on terrorism, in giving aid and comfort to the enemy are, in my opinion, the actions of terrorist sympathizers. Political ambitions really do cause strange bedfellows!
